I had a fantastic visit at Wylye Valley School last week!
I read a few chapters to my old class (now Year six) and signed some of their copies. It was wonderful to feel the enthusiasm from the class and seeing them being drawn into the story.
I then read to Year four/five. This is the class that read the draft with their teacher Sarah Riggs and who provided the reviews included in the front of my book. While I was reading, they created some wonderful bookmarks, some seen in the photo here.
It was also great to see parents and friends after school, when I was able to sign copies of my book.
